General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by you as a consumer through our Shopify store, Best-Only Shop . By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to submit an offer. By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer to purchase the products in your shopping cart. You will receive an order confirmation by email, confirming receipt of your order. A purchase agreement is only concluded upon shipment of the goods.

4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices shown are final prices and include VAT. Additional shipping costs are shown separately. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and will be displayed during the order process.

5. Payment
You can pay for your order using the payment methods offered on the website. These include:

• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)

• PayPal

• Klarna (if available)

• Other payment methods that will be displayed during the checkout process.

6th delivery
Delivery will be made to the address you provided. Delivery times vary depending on the product and delivery location and will be displayed during the ordering process. Please note that as a dropshipping provider, we have the goods shipped directly from our suppliers. In exceptional cases, this may result in longer delivery times.

7. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email). You may use the following model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory:

In the event of a cancellation, we will refund the purchase price including delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred due to a different delivery method chosen by you) within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

8. Liability for Defects and Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. If the delivered goods are defective, you have the choice between repair or replacement. If this is not possible, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price.

9. Liability
We are liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part or on the part of our agents. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, and then only up to the amount of the typical, foreseeable damage.

10. Data protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy (see above), which is part of these terms and conditions. Your data will only be used for processing your order and for communicating with you.

11. Final Provisions
Contracts between you and us are governed by German law. The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) do not apply.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
