Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. personalized products).
